Answers to common questions about paying your ticket online.
General
How do I look up my ticket?
Go to the Lookup page and enter your
Ticket Number along with either your Surname or the
Fine Total printed on your ticket. If a match is found, your ticket details
will be displayed and you can proceed to pay online.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a
PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's
secure checkout and never pass through our servers.
I paid but haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If the receipt email still hasn’t arrived after a few
minutes, contact the issuing agency directly and provide your Ticket Number as
proof of payment. The return to ticket page will also confirm your paid status.
I completed payment in Stripe but my ticket still shows as unpaid — what happened?
This can occasionally happen if your browser was closed or your internet connection dropped
immediately after paying, before the payment confirmation was able to reach us. Your payment
was still processed by Stripe — you have not been charged twice and do not need
to pay again.
Our system automatically checks for any payments like this and will update your ticket status
within one hour. If your ticket is still showing as unpaid after that time,
please contact the issuing agency with your Stripe payment receipt as proof of payment.
Can I pay a ticket on behalf of someone else?
Yes. You simply need the Ticket Number and either the recipient’s
Surname or the Fine Total to look up the ticket. There is
no requirement to be the ticketed individual to complete payment.
